About Suzana Grieme, The Founder

Curious and extroverted, Suzana realised early on that working with clients one-on one is what she is meant to do. She’s always been a Relationship Builder but it wasn’t until her mid 30s’ that she could directly name her core talents as being Strategic, Futuristic, Maximising, Achieving and Empathetic. She is wired to think in terms of possibilities, connect seemingly disparate but interrelated events, visualise multiple future scenarios and leverage what works. She takes pride in hard work and goal achievement. Building trust, making her clients feel understood while always remaining direct and honest are one of her natural abilities that set her apart from the crowd.

Totality of her knowledge and experience play a crucial part in her working process where she combines her personality, values and beliefs with those of her clients. Her work is based on holistic and visionary approach deploying two systems of knowing, rational and intuitive, the logic and all of the available information. She is committed to the highest ethical standards on and off work.

Suzana has over a decade of corporate experience in Media Education, Retail and Recruiting. Respectively she brings international experience in general management, leading people and teams, organisational politics and succession planning. She holds an MBA and a Degree in Economics, as well as certifications in Executive Coaching & Leadership Development from Wharton, Negotiations, and more.

Suzana is an avid nature lover and and a keen reader. She is passionate about an individual’s development and the interaction of the self and the environment. She has traveled extensively and lived in Amsterdam, London, Oxford and Dubai.

Nothing happens in isolation and every progress we make together has wider consequences.
